It may seem funny or a bit weird, but by freezing a couple of water bottles and simply place them in front of a fan, and then you will feel a far more cooler breeze. Also, if you add salt to the water first, it will stay frozen longer, according to Wikihow.com
EAT SPICY FOODS
When you think about sweat, you normally tend to think about work or working out. However, eating spicy food increases blood circulation and causes you to sweat. As the sweat dries, you will begin to feel cooler. The capsaicin in hot peppers signals your body to sweat more without raising your body temperature.
There are many ways to keep cool. Some are more effective than others such as a shower or going swimming, which is why you just have to go with what works best for you. However, if you are on a budget and/or in a dire need of staying cool, then you might want to give any of these natural tricks a try in order to beat the heat.
